Jasmine Moran Field Trip

Dear Parents/Guardian:

           On Friday, November 6, kindergarten is planning on taking our first field trip to the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum in Seminole, OK.  We plan to leave Cleveland Elementary at 9:15 A.M. and return at 1:30 P.M.  Please complete the form below and return it with money by Wednesday, October 14th.

Please read the details below carefully:

Parent Chaperons:  We need at least one parent for every 2-3 children.  Unfortunately, parents will need to take their own vehicles due to limited space on the buses.  Chaperons would need to meet in your child’s room at 9:00 A.M. the day of the field trip.

Cost:  The cost of the field trip is $12.00 per child and $7.00 per adult.  This total includes museum admission, bus fuel, and transportation cost.  The adult price is less because they are not riding the bus so we didn’t charge them the fuel cost.  If this field trip has come in a time of financial hardship, please let your child’s teacher know.  Remember all money is due on or before Wednesday, October 14th. 

Lunch:  We will be eating lunch at the museum.  Everyone attending will need to bring an ALL DISPOSABLE sack lunch (no glass or lunch pales).  Lunches must be in a sack or disposable container.
